Strict Requirement: The instructor reserves the absolute right to withhold the tuition vehicle for a practical driving test if the pupil has not reached a safe, independent, and test-ready standard. Booking a test date independently does not guarantee vehicle hire.
All single lessons, Pass Plus sessions, and block packages must be paid for strictly in advance when the booking is confirmed. Unpaid slots remain open to other pupils and will not be held.
A strict minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full regardless of reason, as the time cannot be reallocated.
Block bookings are non-refundable after 6 months from purchase. If an early refund is approved on unused hours, completed hours will be recalculated at the full standard rate (£40/hr) before processing remainder balances.
Pupils must bring corrective eyewear (if required) and present a valid UK provisional licence. The instructor reserves the right to terminate any lesson immediately without refund if drug, alcohol, or extreme fatigue impairment is suspected.
While dual controls are fitted for safety, pupils are expected to follow driving instructions carefully. The school is not liable for personal property left in the vehicle or test cancellations caused by DVSA examiner shortages.
